Welcome to PadaPesa Coaching ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered financial coaching platform operated by PadaPesa ApS, a company registered in Denmark (CVR: pending). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PadaPesa Coaching platform, including any content, features, courses, and services offered through coach.padapesa.com.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

- Community features including discussion forums and events;
- Gamified learning experiences with badges, streaks, and leaderboards;
- Tiered subscription plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Enterprise).

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorise recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and our refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including courses, AI-generated coaching responses, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by PadaPesa ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringing;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts;
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific financial outcomes from using our coaching services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadaPesa ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
